ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Five Point Defensive Arts draws from traditional martial arts systems of Shorin-Ryu Karate, Taekwon-Do, and Hapkido. These three systems are integrated seamlessly into a martial arts style that is able to address hand striking, kicking, locks, throws, and grappling. This allows the student to transition through techniques in the moment as the situation changes.

Five Point Defensive Arts also offers two unique initiative based empty hand combat systems known as Dragon Kenpo and C.Q.C.S or Close Quarters Combat Survival. These two systems use simple and direct striking techniques to maximize power and devastate an attacker.
